Welcome to the Suffolk Hills Property Owners Association website. This is a private community website for residents of Suffolk Hills in Oro Valley, Arizona. If you would like to join, you can sign up here.
Suffolk Hills is a fairly quiet, friendly neighborhood close to shopping, schools, restaurants, amenities and Oracle Road, a main artery into the vibrant cultural and nightlife in Tucson’s city center. In 2003, the community was annexed by the Town of Oro Valley, which is now responsible for the police and fire departments, building codes, street and drainage maintenance and the operations of a wide range of recreational facilities.
The development of the Suffolk Hills community began in the 1950s by the Lusk Corporation, who won the coveted Merit Award from the National Association of Home Builders. Each of the 195 homes on their one-acre-plus lots are unique and individually designed with mid-century modern ranch-style set in a natural desert environment.
